Full Journal pdf2014-04-22 House Journal Page 2776 HB 193 Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 2768) on the following: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 193(FIN) "An Act relating to the joint administration of tobacco taxes by the state and a municipality." and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 193(FIN) "An Act relating to the joint administration of tobacco taxes by the state and a municipality; and authorizing the Department of Revenue to furnish to a municipality returns or reports related to the vehicle rental tax." (SCR 25 - title change resolution) There being no objection, it was so ordered. **The presence of Representative Kreiss-Tomkins was noted. Representative Pruitt moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 193(FIN), thus adopting SCS CSHB 193(FIN), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 193(FIN)?"
